After a prolonged period of stress, uncertainty and anxiety, it’s little wonder that many of us are wondering what life after lockdown is going to feel like, and its true impact on our wellbeing.

As we emerge the other side, its only right to acknowledge that our physical and emotional wellbeing has taken quite a hit, and it's OK to take time to evaluate how we are feeling, and the ways we can emerge and flourish again with confidence and positivity.

Life After Lockdown will provide you with a morning of expert advice, insight, tools and techniques to take stock and re-set your wellbeing and confidence, before emerging and thriving at your own pace to embrace and celebrate the months ahead!

If you can't make it on the day, or if you miss any of the sessions, they will all be available on demand for 30 days after the event for you to watch at your leisure.

Your ticket also includes a digital goody bag full of post-event resources and special offers from our partners.

Sunday 4th July | 9:30am - 12:15pm | Via Zoom

Event Schedule

9:35 – 10:15 Time to Reflect and Re-set

It’s been quite the rollercoaster year, and we’ve all been affected in many different ways. As we re-emerge from a period of stress, uncertainty and anxiety, we chat with doctors and therapists about the impact on our mind and body, understand the effects, and learn strategies and techniques that can help us all emerge with strength and understanding…whether that’s in a social whirl or one-step at a time.

with Dr. Tosin Sotubo, Zoë Aston MSc, and Amy Abrahams

10:30 – 11:10 How to Emerge and Thrive with Confidence and Positivity

Do you feel like your confidence has all but disappeared?  Not quite sure how you are going to be a social butterfly again, deal with daily office banter, a packed diary, or even face-to-face generally? It’s perfectly normal after periods of social isolation and solitariness to feel a little lacking in how to ‘get back out there’!  Join us for an uplifting and motivating session to explore how to get your mojo back, with simple techniques, exercises and practices to help you emerge and thrive with positivity and confidence.

with Gemma Leigh Roberts

11:30 – 12:15 Breathing into a New Chapter

The perfect session to release the tension, breathe away stress, and reset emotions ready for whatever life after lockdown brings.

Join James Dowler, Breathworker, @breathewithjames for an immersive practice combining Breathwork and music in which you will learn how to use the breath as a powerful method of self-exploration and therapy that inspires natural healing and personal growth. Participants will need somewhere to lie down and if possible a pair of headphones or speakers for a more immersive experience.
