Join us for yoga and fitness sessions, talks and panels from experts exploring tailored 40+ nutrition and skin tips, the menopause, anxiety, sleep and what to focus on for both your physical and mental mid-life wellbeing.

Nicki Philips

9:30 - 10:05 Opening Intro and niixFLEX Pilates Class

After an introduction to the day, you will enjoy a mobilising and sculpting PURE Pilates class that focuses on building flexibility, power & alignment hosted by Nicki Philips from niix fit. 

niix is a fitness app created specifically with busy mums and women 40+ in mind.

About Nicki: Nicki is in her 40s and has always been into fitness, health and wellbeing. She has seen first hand how age and busy schedules are no barriers at all, if you have the right mindset and guidance. Bodies do change as we get older and so must our approach to health and fitness. Nicki believes that it’s not about spending hours in the gym every day or endless gruelling runs. Instead she fuses together the best of Pilates with cardio exercises into carefully curated classes lasting 10-30 minutes for mums and women approaching 40 and beyond. Nicki created niix for mums and women approaching 40 and beyond who she hopes to inspire the world over to become stronger, healthier and more confident about their bodies.

Clarissa Lenherr

10:30 - 11:20 How to Optimise Sleep Through Nutrition with Clarissa Lenherr

The National Sleep Foundation reveals that women between the ages of 30-60 average just 6 hours and 41 minutes of sleep per night, when the recommended target is between 7-9 for good health. And beyond just hours, over the age of 40, it has been shown that it is harder to enter deep modes of restorative sleep.  

Join Nutritionist Clarissa Lenherr for this Sleep Health Workshop where she will share her expert knowledge and leave you with top tips on how to optimize both your quality and quantity of sleep!

About Clarissa: Clarissa is a Harley Street, registered nutritionist and a graduate of the College of Natural Medicine. In her private practice, she's supported clients of all ages and she works with both families and individuals. She's also held nutrition workshops for over 150 different workplaces, including Ebay, Allen and Overy, Chanel, Universal Music Group Worldwide and Lloyds Bank.

Clarissa is passionate about helping people discover and celebrate nutritious food, and she specialises in weight management, digestive health, hormone balancing and auto-immune conditions.

Sarah Gorman

BlendLiit with Sarah Gorman

This low impact, high energy, uplifting class, gives you and your entire body a bit of everything! The class starts with some non impact cardio with boxing inspired movement; blending neatly into some (barreless) barre work to tone and define, followed by some strength pilates to work on your core strength. The session will end with a short stretch and my work will be done!

About Sarah: Sarah’s dance and pilates classes have a style that flows seamlessly from beginning to end but with an energy like no other. Sarah has trained actors and celebrities in fitness, including Davina McCall. Her aim is to inspire you to feel empowered, strong and to find the love in movement.
