Next up we will guide you through a one-of-a-kind meditation session designed to help you Achieve Power, Peace and Positivity followed by a culinary journey that will fire up your taste buds and motivation as we explore how to Power Your Mood Through Food.

This 45 minute full body inspiring workout is sure to make you sizzle from top to toe. Cardio sprints, killer ab sequences and uplifting beats will set you up for the most positive day ahead. 

Please clear some space in your home. For the barre section you will need a chair or a sturdy piece of furniture to use for balance and peace of mind. For the arm series have 1kg or 2kg hand weights. You can also use water bottles, wine bottles, tins to use as extra resistance during the arm series.

Discover the link between certain foods and poor mood and understand what you should be eating to help make our ‘happy hormones’ and boost the body and mind during times of stress. And this doesn’t mean going without your favourite burger, daily latte or Friday night G&T!

Clarissa will share how best to navigate these foods and drinks and the importance of 80/20. You will also learn about the fascinating connection between the mind and the gut (often referred to as our second brain!) and come away with tips on how to boost your gut health every day.
