Join Georgia (Gilates Pilates) in a full-body, strength-focused Pilates class, where you'll use body weight exercises to strengthen, stretch and align your whole body. This session will leave you feeling strong both physically and mentally, and ready to take on your day.

The exercises will be suitable for everyone and the perfect compliment to your Hydrow rowing session!
