In an inspirational and motivational session, our athletes will offer their insights into how they train to peak fitness, the personal training programmes that are unique to them, and how best to achieve your own fitness goals for your body.   Whether it’s rugby, or running, all incorporate rowing into their training schedules as part of their full-body fitness, and will share what it takes for them to achieve whole body health, with advice and suggestions on what could work for you and your body too.
