Want to learn from the best of the best? Live Well London’s got it covered. Top trainers and fitness experts will take centre stage on the “MOVE IT” Stage! Whether it be a fun dance class or high energy HIIT, this is where you can try out different forms of exercise and discover what works for you (classes vary for mixed abilities.)

The popular Vibe & Flow Yoga studio has different yoga and pilates sessions running for different levels all day, throughout the 3-days of the festival.
