New for 2020

We are very excited to bring you a dedicated Yoga & Pilates Studio due to very popular demand, with different yoga and pilates sessions running for different levels all day, throughout the 3-days of the festival.

Live Well London 2019 saw the likes of Sarah Malcolm, Mariel Whitmond, Michael James Wong and many more share their yoga practise, and Hollie Grant showed us her Pilates PT Model Method. 

We cannot wait to bring you more practices, more instructors and more ways to get your Zen on. Watch this space.
