Inspirational Talks

Your health, wellbeing and fitness questions answered. Leading experts and qualified professionals come together in interactive sessions to help you dispel the myths and give you the tools you need to make your own informed choices, with equal emphasis on your physical as well as emotional wellbeing.

Fitness

From Barre to Boxing, Dance classes to different HIIT classes and even disco yoga, there’s an array of classes to try out and find your fit with our Boutique Studios residents and in the Move It Main Stage.

Yoga & Pilates

New for 2020! We are very excited to bring you a dedicated Yoga & Pilates Studio due to very popular demand, with different yoga and pilates sessions running for different levels all day, throughout the 3-days of the festival.

 

Meditations & Workshops

Take time out to just be…this relaxing, intimate and serene space is where experts will teach you different meditation, mindfulness & breathing techniques. If you’ve never tried meditation before, don’t shy away, this is where you can get a little taster into what it’s all about…and experience the benefits for yourself.

Live Cooking & Nutrition Talks

Whether you’re a foodie or not, The Kitchen is set to inspire and ignite your taste buds.  Expect live cooking demos by your favourite foodie celebs as well as qualified nutritionists, there to give you expert advice and help debunk some of those common food myths.
