Move It Main Stage

Want to learn from the best of the best? Live Well London’s got it covered. Top trainers, fitness experts, experienced Yogi’s and Wellness Experts will take centre stage on the “MOVE IT” Stage! Whether it be a slow and effective yoga session, a fun dance class or high energy HIIT, this is where you can try out different forms of exercise and discover what works for you (classes will vary for mixed abilities.)

No need to book in advance. Sessions are walk up and based on a first come, first serve basis, so best to get there early to avoid disappointment.
